Other cities need to learn from this example…cars are luxuries, not necessities.

as Los Angeles learns a valuable lesson… contrary to predictions of stand still motor congestion on alternate routes, LA as a whole relaxed stayed home and remembered to appreciate their own home Utopias. A single utopia of a few miles spread and multiplied into a 12 hour movement of staying put.
